The brush plating technique has been used widely for product repairing,protection and decoration in the industrial areas of machinery electron、power station、transportation、metallurgy、textile and petrochemistry. Its characterization as following: 1.High deposition speed that is about 5~50times higher than that of deposition by bath; 2.The operation can be easily made at worksite and local plating deposition can be made for the workpieces without disassembling them from the main equipment; 3.Repairing work can be did for the bore-like and axle-like workpiece to remedy the friction loss or over-tolerance in size, because that the accurate plating deposition can be realized by controlling deposition thickness; 4.Adhesive strength between coat and substrate is high; the coat has dense crystal, low porosity, high hardness and high wear-and corrosion-resistances; 5.Plating operation at normal temperature, there are no phase transformation and no deformation occurring in coated work piece; 6.The equipment is simple and flexible to operate; 7.There are many kinds of plating solution for choice, and the pollution may be limited; 8.Lower investment、cost and risk, and high efficiency, benefit are advantages of this process。 The full set brush plating technique includes: (A) Brush plating power source 1. A series of MPB system developed brush plating power source is controlled by computer, its feature as follows: (1)By using advanced integrated chips, the equipment has high accuracy、stable and reliable performance, and better reappearance; (2)By using Holl sensor,the equipment has accurate digital display, reliable gathering date property and linearity, the brush plating coat thickness of 0.1mm has an accuracy of 0.1±0.005mm; (3)The equipment has a large capacity. The preset can be set optionally in the range of 0~99999.999A.H; (4)A touching key board is used to make the equipment easy to operate. The equipment can continuously work under full load without noise and the life of its change-over switch is up to 2500 thousands times; (5)The equipment is small、light、good look、easy to carry,maintance convenient and functions completeness.
